The fellowship is expanding

We are currently looking for a researcher interested in developing, building and using frontline optical methods for studying biophysics and intracellular kinetics at high spatial and temporal resolution. The position is focused on the optical techniques and you should be comfortable designing and building complicated microscopy set-ups. The project specifically aims at implementing novel methods, including the continued development of the MINFLUX system, for tracking individual florescent molecules on the micro second time scale. Experience with biological applications is not required for this position.

We offer a stimulating interdisciplinary environment and you will interact closely with a competent team of engineers, physicists, programmers, microbiologist, chemists and molecular biologists solving puzzles related to central aspects of life at the molecular level. The project is a collaboration with the Hell group in Goettingen.
